Where are the savings coming from? The majority of the savings is from acquiring the streetlights under TOA management (80% of total bill were for mgmt./costs to National Grid & New York State Electric and Gas), (however, full savings cannot be confirmed as maint. costs and repairs is unknown). The savings from switching fixtures to LED is smaller (energy costs 20% of the total bill) and the savings to the environment equal about 170 cars off the road a year.
