Nov. Month End Update

Well its the end of November and despite the 11% tax increase and the 2024 budget being nearly a month old… no new information to the public on the Blvd. Mall has been published.

How much will the town spend to acquire the mall? $24mm? $50mm $150mm?

When will the town acquire the mall?

What is being done to peacefully move JCPenney so the Town of Amherst does not look like the mean bully on the block kicking everyone out when Station 12 will need many tenants?

How is Brian Kulpa going to start demo in Spring of 2024 as he has last stated to the public?

Who is interested in purchasing the mall after the town may spend $50-$60 million minimum?

Welp folks - maybe December, Santa will bring us a 11% more gifts and Brian Kulpa will give us some straight answers.
