$51mm Streetlight Data

Folks - I have compiled the important docs, analysis, estimates, info, and timeline of the $51mm LED streetlight project that Jacqui Berger has failed to provide as she has blamed COVID and everything under the sun for not being able to upload or forward a few important docs at the minimum.
