"MR. TRANSPARENCY, ANSWER THE QUESTION SHAWN LAVIN!"

One of the most telling moments from last Town Board Meeting was when Councilmember Shawn Lavin "Mr. Transparency" (who has gone on tour promoting his affection of transparency of gov. to the people) sat stone cold faced, in silence, & refused to answer a concerning question that hundreds in attendance believed to be very important. Lavin's only comment was for the resident to "finish his point".... but asking a question was the point. Do these actions seem like someone that cares about being open, honest, and transparent to residents?

Other notes:

- to be transparent, Councilmember Shawn Lavin has blocked residents on facebook...

- Jacqui Berger once again (as always) tried to stop residents from speaking in public expression by saying her famous line "its out of order!".

- the Town Board needs a new microphone/PA system.
