Narcissism is extreme self-involvement to the degree that it makes a person ignore the needs of those around them.

Supervisor Brian Kulpa’s middle name is James but “I” is much more fitting.

How is it possible for someone to say they feel better than they ever have about the town after an 11.42% tax increase on residents, back to back town board meetings of hundreds of residents that feel they are being betrayed, residents saying they don’t want Kulpa’s projects, leaf pick up was disaster, petitions circulating the town for desperation of transparency and rescinding taxes, Costco delayed for at least 1-2 more years, Northtown Plaza dba Station 12 still empty and under slow construction, the Blvd. Mall in a legal battle with the town, etc.
