More Costs Unknown?
So you may think all the costs are being shown for Kulpa's "world class" field trip campus hub at Westwood? Nope! Not even close!
It seems to only includes NEW things. Nothing in the current budget includes costs for green space, preservation, reuse, renovation, saving the clubhouse, restoring the pool, building inclusive playgrounds, biking trails, grounds restorations, etc. It only includes things Kulpa desires like new buildings for MusicalFare, BNHV, roads, asphalt parking lots, etc.
Note: every time you see L/A that means general fund or likely means debt taken out, that eventually taxpayers need to worry about impacting their pockets.
Meanwhile, Kulpa ran his election campaign green space, conservancy, and preserving the clubhouse as priority.
