Fire kulpa. He is not a king. Total disregard for senior citizens. Not working for the taxpayers. He is arrogant. Not worthy of his job. Irresponsible he is a liar Amherst deserves better. The citizens deserve better. We are not stupid. We are not all doctors and lawyers. Most of us are normal people with a brain and a budget. Make things right. Or face losing your job
