FACT CHECKING Brian Kulpa.... Per the Bee 1/31/24, Kulpa said,

"MusicalFare has to pay a lease & a portion of the construction up front. We’re not just burying town funds into this thing.”

1} Kulpa refuses to tell residents what the lease cost will be to the town, MusicalFare pays Daemen College only $1/year currently.

• Why is he keeping it a secret?

2} The town/residents are expected to take on $9 MILLION in general fund debt (LA).

• Seems like burying town funds, more debt, more interest, more tax.

3} MusicalFare only has $2 million in private funding.

• How is this fair?

Is Kulpa creditable in his Amherst Bee claim?
