Westwood & BNHV

Any time we talk about developing Westwood... remember Kulpa said that this project is the one that is "near & dear to HIS heart".

Supervisor Brian Kulpa keeps has mentioned that the current BNHV doesn't have space, so he needs to move it to Westwood for upwards of $10 million. But, research shows that the current BNHV (and the connecting golf course which is closed/abandoned now) is deemed 'underutilized'.

Why spend enormous amounts of money, resources, time, etc. to move 20 buildings when the current space is not even operating to full potential?

What happens to all of the land of Oakwood Golf Course and BNHV if moved?

The BNHV sits near a historic waterway, yet Kulpa wants to move it next Sheridan Drive - despite the Waterfront Revitalization plan noting the importance of bodies of water.
