Message: As an Amherst resident and taxpayer.
Given the circumstances to which taxpayer funds have been allocated, all projects involving private developers/ development and awarded contracts need to be reviewed by NYS.
Recently thru taxpayer involvement at TOA Board meetings , It has become clear proper guidelines and procedures have not been followed by the current board.
The current board has not been forthcoming with the details of expenditures.
