Dear ATB: 1/30, Tele West Amherst

I realize that at this point of your lives you have no idea what fixed income is. Some day you will. You have x amount of dollars per month to live on. Usally it's a zero balance at the end of the month. With the cost of everything rising, a tax increase was the last thing we needed. Taxes have to be paid so something else has to be given up, usally food or medication. You have a town full of seniors that just can't afford this and in some cases may end up losing their houses. Shame on you. This is not about Democrat or Republican, this is about humanity. This will come back to bite you because some day you will be on a fixed income and you may be forced to move out of your beloved Amherst New York.
