Brian’s Bait & Switch
Buffalo News Nov. 2, 2017 - Before Kulpa’s first term election for Amherst Supervisor
When Kulpa says something, it appears its nothing more than crafted talk to just appease people in that point in time.
Supervisor Kulpa ran to get votes by saying words like "awesome green space", "preserve", "conservancy", "dedicated funding", "maintain such a park".
But after elected, Kulpa switched to raising taxes to fund projects, budgeting millions of debt to fund it, switched the clubhouse into a Pre-k, changed conservatory to planned unit development, plans on destroying 30+ acres of green space, plans on a 30,000sq/ft theater for MusicalFare funded by $9 million in town debt, add roads, more asphalt, a farm animal area, moving 20+ structures to the land, and much more development outside of a traditional conservatory park.
