Supervisor Kulpa believed he was dead right. He even called other people's conversation "INVALID" (reminds me of Szukala's "irrelevant"). Kulpa said he wasn't going to have a "give and take". He even threw around sarcastically "FAKE NEWS". He wanted no conversation with residents, he was already saying they need to move the Audubon Golf Course.

However - Kulpa was DEAD WRONG.
