Westwood Clubhouse

The Westwood Country Club clubhouse has not been utilized for roughly a decade. It appears to be deteriorating with Sup. Brian Kulpa admitting water is coming into the building from multiple leaking points. The reuse of the clubhouse for inclusive community events appears to be on the back-burner for Brian Kulpa as there is no funding notated or dedicated to the clubhouse renovation or use, despite a older $100k maintain and study bond.
