He’s locking residents out figuratively and literally from Westwood. Don’t believe me? Just drive by Westwood and check out the surrounding metal fence, locked gate, security signs, private property and no trespassing signs. Just attend a meeting asking questions about Westwood. Read how Kulpa unethically twists a lawsuit to preserve nature and stop development that causes destruction of the environment.
You [the taxpayer(s)] paid for a $7.85mm traditional park, but now that Kulpa got his land he raised your taxes 11.4% to help him play experimental developer in building a field trip campus city for his resume. Finding any and every which way to push his wants through.
People need to get active about this. Tell your neighbors. Email the board. Email and call the news, the papers. Donate to the lawsuit to allow residents a voice.
